The Sass is Back

Ze sass has returned.

In 2016, I started this little blog during my senior year of college. While I enjoyed writing immensely, I got a job in the corporate world shortly after and stopped posting. My life became Lean Cuisines, spreadsheets, and passive aggressive emails. (I love my job, please don’t fire me). But now, I feel the need for a creative outlet – and sharing my favorite recipes feels like the perfect fit.

It’s pretty simple. I make cheap, easy, and delicious food and post it on the internet. But my site is different than other food blogs, and I’ll tell you why.

I believe that YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SCROLL FOR 10 MINUTES TO GET TO A RECIPE. Every other food blog requires you to scroll through Janet’s essay detailing how stressed she is about her granite not matching her appliances, and how little James said the cutest thing yesterday, and a laundry list of other things that have nothing to do with her white chicken chili recipe.

I solemnly swear to write short blurbs about the recipe, then get right to it.
